The BCGH Experts in Residence programme recognises a distinct gap in business support for post-start and micro-businesses who fall outside of the SME support often offered through ERDF funded projects. These businesses are often in their first 3 years of trading and following pre-start support programmes have been ineligible for further help or guidance. This programme aims to fill that gap and is based on successful business mentoring models targeting small pockets of businesses. We have selected a group of experienced business experts who will be on hand to support with growth, resilience and forward planning. Our Experts in Residence can provide help and support with marketing, legal, finance, business development and even more specific areas such as retail, pitching and digitalisation.
