Disruptive start-up launches a broadband revolution in the West Midlands
Digital disruptors Guerilla ICT -- a leading provider of straightforward, cost-effective IT and communication services -- is launching a connectivity revolution in Walsall.
As part of its mission to improve outcomes for UK businesses, Guerilla ICT is partnering with some of the UK’s most innovative alternative network (Alt Net) providers, which deliver high-speed fibre broadband where there is no current solution; all within a budget acceptable to most SME companies.
Company founder and Managing Director Craig Hall says:
Guerilla ICT is thrilled to announce the location of our first revolution. We have parked our tanks on the lawns of Walsall WS9 Business District. This disruptive technology is changing what can be delivered to businesses. It’s a bold step in breaking the monopoly of overpriced, low-speed connectivity that has dominated the UK business scene for too long.
We have chosen Walsall because our partners have new infrastructure on the estate that shakes up what is available to the businesses. The new infrastructure allows us to offer up to 1Gb, full fibre broadband, or reduced speeds to fit most budgets.
The district has street cabinets installed that take over local BT ducts, connecting businesses to the blazing speeds of the new provider’s core network - instead of relying on BT to deliver what is needed.
Guerilla ICT will work closely with each company in the district to provide faster broadband, whilst helping locate savings around current communication costs.
Guerilla ICT’s no-nonsense approach includes a ‘Cup of Tea’ challenge - where, in the time it takes to drink a cup of tea, a member of the team (yes, a Guerilla) can ascertain cost savings for your business.
Guerilla ICT’s business-changing technology is now available in Empire Business Park, Northgate, Brickyard Road, Merchants Way, Westgate Park, Stubbers Green Road, Anchor Brook Industrial Estate, Beecham Close and surrounding roads.
