Online portal to apply for local business grants published

In recent weeks, the UK Government announced measures to help support local businesses through the ongoing disruption caused by the Coronavirus outbreak. This included business grants of up to £25,000 for businesses in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors.

Your business could receive either:

  • A grant of £10,000 for most businesses with a Rateable Value (RV) of up to £15,000
  • A grant of £25,000 for businesses in retail, leisure and hospitality with a rateable value between £15,000 and £51,000

Businesses can pre-register at the Grant Approval website to be notified when further information is required to start an application. Grant Approval are working with Local Authorities to help support the application process.

If you are a business based in Dudley and believe you should benefit from one of these grants, you will need to visit the Dudley Council website.
