Black Country based Thursfields Solicitors have recently advised on their third deal this month, by helping a Cheshire based company to acquire Stourbridge based telecommunications supplier, Vision Corporate Services.
After a period of close collaboration, the company has decided to partner with InTec Business Solutions.
Philip Chapman, Corporate Director said:
“From its head office in Stourbridge, the business supports an expanding customer base of SMEs and larger corporates across the UK.
“Becoming a partner of inTec will further strengthen its offering, allowing the business to expand its portfolio to include larger scale business optimisation solutions.”
InTec has benefitted from investment from The Northern Powerhouse Fund which has allowed it to grow its network and recruit valuable team members. It is due to acquisition funding from growth specialists, Boost & Co that the company has been able to acquire Vision Corporate Services.
Shauna Halls, Solicitor at Thursfields said:
“We are delighted to have assisted Giulio and Gavin in this transaction which will enable the company to leverage inTec’s technical capabilities and drive growth in the business.
“The completion of this deal was additionally a great way to mark the first day of the firm’s move into our new corporate offices in Halesowen, offering Black Country businesses a dedicated legal advice centre.”
The Black Country is home to a similar fund which aims to transform the finance landscape for smaller businesses in the Midlands and to realise the region’s potential to achieve economic growth through enterprise – this is the Midlands Engine Investment Fund.
